Administrative Assistant
$23 - $25 per hourMichael Page International Inc.
- Onsite Monday through Friday in Winter Park, FL.
- Ongoing temporary role with potential for extension
- Provide daytoday administrative support to the office
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Support adhoc tasks to ensure smooth office operations
The Successful Applicant A successful Administrative Assistant should have:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Bilingual (spoken and written) is strongly preferred
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems
- Able to work independently in a fastpaced environment
- Competitive hourly pay ranging from $23.00 to $25.00 USD.
