Senior Systems Architect for NIH Billing & Cloud Modernization

Customer Value Partners, Inc. seeks a Systems Architect/Technical Lead for the NIHApps portfolio, overseeing three billing systems CIT Billing, AIS, and Telecommunication Billing. You will shape software architecture, identity lifecycle design, and data/integration patterns across NIH enterprise.
You will lead security/ATO alignment, cloud modernization strategy, and root-cause resolution, while designing and governing billing-data integrity and modernization architecture.
