Clinical & Program Details Approximately 33,000 annual ED visits, 38 hours/day MD/DO coverage, 18 hours/day NP/PA coverage, mix of days, nights, and weekends available, moderate-to-high acuity Emergency Department, team-based care model with strong operational support, stable staffing model designed for efficiency and provider support. Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine. MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Completed EM residency. Active unrestricted IN Medical License, IN State Controlled Substance, DEA with IN address & schedules 2,2N,3,3N,4. Board Eligibility/Certification through ABMS/AOAMD. BE in EM: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS required; BC in EM must maintain ACLS, BLS, PALS and show proof of having ATLS at least once. Flu (within current flu season), TB (past 12 months) or Chest X‑Ray with positive TB, COVID vaccinations. Case logs for past 2 years. Completed CME Attestation Form during application process. Moderate Sedation procedure experience. Malpractice coverage through Coverys ($500K/$1.5M), Indiana Patient's Compensation Fund (IPCF) enrollment, 10-year claims history. Schedule Days, Nights.
