Fire/Life Safety Systems Solutions Operations Supervisor Location: Norcross, Georgia (serves the greater Atlanta area) Location(s): Atlanta, Georgia, United States Job Type: Full‑time, Permanent (Office/Site only) Responsibilities Supervise, train, and mentor the System Specialist team; set goals, monitor performance, conduct employee review meetings, and schedule formal training. Lead the team in planning and managing construction projects through completion. Schedule and assign installation and commissioning tasks, ensuring adherence to schedules, job specifications, and cost estimates. Maintain and improve planned and booked margins for technical support programs. Direct and supervise the development and use of project plans to monitor and control work execution; review customer feedback and work to achieve customer retention and account growth goals. Maintain relationships among sales, engineering, and execution teams to manage changes and discrepancies and minimize cost and delay. Accountable for the profit and loss of projects assigned to the operations team and serve as a local leader and customer representative. Support project profitability through cost‑containment procedures and processes; travel between branch locations as needed. Maintain excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or state‑recognized GED. 1+ years of experience supervising industry‑specific technical trades teams. 5+ years of experience in engineering or project management. On‑the‑job or educational experience with commercial building Fire/Life Safety Systems—including design, startup, programming, integration, documentation, and commissioning. Experience managing project delivery teams. Ability and willingness to train, mentor, schedule, and supervise employees responsible for commercial building Fire/Life Safety or Security Systems startup. Verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability and willingness to travel up to 15 %. Experience with Microsoft Office and cloud‑based collaboration software (Teams or OneDrive). Must be 21 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license, and meet eligibility for Siemens’ fleet vehicle program. Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience supervising industry‑specific technical trades teams. 5+ years of experience in engineering or project management. Pay Range $68,830 – $117,994 annually with a target incentive of 5 % of the base salary.
