We also offer paid time off, matching 401(k), medical, dental and vision benefits, and a Monday through Friday schedule.We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to help individuals and families find mobility vehicles and adaptive solutions that improve independence and quality of life.This isn't traditional dealership sales. Success in this role is about building trust, understanding customer needs, and guiding individuals and families through important mobility decisions. You'll combine automotive expertise, problem-solving, and customer advocacy to help people regain independence and improve their quality of life.What You'll DoBuild and manage a pipeline of qualified prospectsGenerate new business through networking, referrals, community outreach, and relationship buildingConsult with customers to understand their mobility needsEducate customers on wheelchair-accessible vehicles and adaptive equipmentGuide customers through financing and the purchase processDeliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through deliveryWhat We're Looking For3+ years of sales experience in automotive, medical, business development, equipment, or other consultative sales environmentsStrong prospecting and relationship-building skillsExcellent communication, organization, and follow-upAbility to manage a longer, consultative sales cycleSelf-motivated with a passion for helping peopleValid driver's license and clean driving recordYou'll Thrive Here If...You enjoy both creating opportunities and cultivating long-term relationships.
