As a Software Development Engineering - Sr Advisor I, you will play a critical role in leading the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality software applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with our business goals and client needs.What you'll do:Provide leadership and expertise in the design, development, and implementation of software applications to support Fiserv's business goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Perform advanced coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance.Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes.Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers and team members.Drive innovation and best practices within the software development team.Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.Experience you'll need to have:10+ years of experience in software development10+ years of experience in Cobol8+ years experience with IBM tools, monitoring tools, RMF, DB2 utilities, Platinum Detector, etc10+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experienceExperience that would be great to have:Experience in the financial services industrySalary Range$121,125.00 - $193,800.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York.
