As a Booking Coordinator, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the booking process while ensuring every detail is handled accurately and professionally. You will communicate with clients to understand their needs, coordinate reservations and scheduling, prepare confirmations and documentation, and provide timely updates throughout the process. Success in this role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

You will also work closely with internal team members and external partners to ensure services are coordinated efficiently and that clients receive a seamless experience from beginning to end. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and confidence using email, online platforms, and digital tools are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client support and communication
• Coordinate reservations, schedules, confirmations, and service details
• Prepare and distribute client documentation and confirmations
• Manage updates, modifications, and scheduling changes efficiently
• Maintain organized and accurate client records
• Respond promptly to client questions with professional, solution-focused communication
• Collaborate with team members and service partners to ensure smooth coordination
• Prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a remote environment

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Authorized to work in the United States or Mexico
• Reliable computer with high-speed internet access
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Previous customer service, administrative, scheduling, or coordination experience is helpful but not required
