I started as a State Farm team member in 2014 and opened my own agency in September 2017. Today, were a growing team of 10 (including two team members currently getting licensed)11 if you count our office dog, Sawyer! We offer competitive pay, retirement plans, flexible schedules, and a variety of team and individual bonuses. Our team culture is all about working hard and having fun. Whether its Tigers games, cook-offs (yes, I won the mac & cheese contest), 5Ks, or bonfires, we make time to connect and celebrate wins together. Before insurance, I worked in commercial plumbing as a journeyman. I skipped the college path and found success through hands-on experience and gritand Im always looking for like-minded team players. Outside the office, Im big on the outdoors and cooking. We also stay active in the community by supporting Waterford DECA, local youth programs, veterans organizations, and more. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Joe Fagan - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We look forward to connecting with you if you are the customer-focused and empathetic team member we are searching for. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
