Our agency opened in November 2020 and has grown into a thriving team of 10 talented individuals. My background is in banking and wealth management, and I graduated from Eastern Michigan University. Faith and family are at the center of my life and those values shape the culture weve built here.

I currently serve as President of Rotary for Pontiac and stay actively involved with our church and Detroit Public Schools, focusing on financial development and education. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Samuel Cannonier - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
