Customer Service Coordinator | $20 per Hour

Monday–Friday | 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

As our Customer Service Coordinator , you’ll connect drivers, customers, and our rail operations team—coordinating deliveries, tracking railcars, and making sure the right information gets to the right people. Your work will make a difference every day.

Your Day at Cando

You’ll be at the center of the action, helping people, information, and freight move smoothly.

Be the welcoming first contact. Check drivers in and out, answer questions, and provide visitor safety briefings.
Keep deliveries on track. Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with oil companies, truck drivers, and the railroad.
Connect the team. Use phone and radio communications to coordinate railcar movements with railroad and Cando personnel.
Make the details count. Maintain accurate railcar inventories, enter data, complete paperwork, and prepare outbound bills of lading.
Keep customers informed. Provide daily and weekly inventory and movement reports, respond to requests, and help resolve issues.
Help the operation succeed. Work with other logistics coordinators to correct discrepancies and support daily administrative needs.

You’ll also need:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Inventory management and SAP experience.
Logistics or terminal experience.
Familiarity with safety compliance procedures.
Strong data entry, administrative, planning, and records management skills.

Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

These hours and days are fixed. Applicants MUST be available to work the full schedule.
