RN - Clinical Nurse - Neuro IMCU - PRN/Nights

Role Overview: This position involves providing high-quality, patient-centered nursing care through the full nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The nurse will deliver individualized care tailored to diverse patient populations, utilizing evidence-based practices and critical thinking. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and document safe, quality care while fostering effective interdisciplinary communication and collaboration. Partner with patients and families, promoting patient goals and culturally sensitive care through various communication methods. Participate in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives to enhance care outcomes. Support professional development by completing mandatory education, serving as a preceptor or mentor, and modeling professional nursing practices. Contribute to protocol development and resource management to optimize care delivery and resource utilization. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. Valid nursing license (RN) with multi-state licensure preferred. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS certification required or provisional. Minimum of 10 years of direct patient care experience.
