Client Service Associate

Our client is an independent RIA in Greenwich, CT serving high-net-worth individuals and families. They are hiring a Client Service Associate to support the advisory team on account operations and day-to-day client requests. This is an operations-heavy seat with direct client contact. Responsibilities Open, title, and maintain accounts with custodians; manage ACATs and transfers Process contributions, distributions, RMDs, wires, journals, and cash management requests Act as a first point of contact for client inquiries and follow-up items Maintain CRM records, client documentation, and data integrity Prepare paperwork and materials for client meetings; handle post-meeting workflow Support quarterly billing, performance reporting, and account reconciliation Assist with compliance items including KYC/AML documentation and books-and-records upkeep Requirements 3+ years in client service or operations at an RIA, wealth management firm, or custodian Series 7 and 65/66 license required. Hands-on experience with custodial platforms (Schwab, Fidelity, or Pershing) Working knowledge of portfolio management and CRM systems (Orion, Addepar, Black Diamond, Tamarac, Salesforce, Redtail, or similar) Familiarity with individual, joint, trust, IRA, and entity account types High attention to detail and comfort managing a high volume of service requests #J-18808-Ljbffr JCW Group
