We are seeking a high-caliber Techno-Functional Business/Data Analyst to join a large-scale Legacy System Replacement and Cloud Transformation initiative. This is a critical role, requiring a candidate who possesses deep technical proficiency in data engineering tools alongside the business acumen to navigate complex stakeholder environments.

1. Role Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber Techno-Functional Business/Data Analyst to join a large-scale Legacy System Replacement and Cloud Transformation initiative. This is a critical role, requiring a candidate who possesses deep technical proficiency in data engineering tools alongside the business acumen to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
2. Core Technical Requirements
- System Migration & Cloud Conversion: Proven experience in performing "as-is" analysis of legacy on-premise systems and defining "to-be" architectures for Cloud Migration .
- Data Engineering & Analytics: * Advanced SQL: Proficiency in writing complex queries, performance tuning, and data profiling.
- Databricks: Experience leveraging Databricks for large-scale data processing and transformation.
- Business Intelligence: Advanced expertise in Power BI , focusing on end-to-end report development, DAX, and creating actionable insights for executive decision-making.
- Gap Analysis: Conduct detailed functional and data-level analysis of existing systems to identify conversion requirements and potential risks.
- Business Liaison: Serve as the primary bridge between technical development teams and business units to translate high-level business needs into technical specifications.
- Project Coordination: Lead cross-functional coordination efforts to ensure data integrity and alignment throughout the system replacement lifecycle.
- Techno-Functional Balance: Ability to pivot from deep-dive data debugging to high-level strategic presentations.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional soft skills with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical business users clearly and persuasively.
- Analytical Rigor: structured approach to problem-solving within the context of large-scale digital transformations.
