Associate Director Product Management - Enterprise AI

Regeneron seeks an Associate Director of Product Management to lead enterprise AI platforms and tools across the organization. This role combines strategic product ownership with hands-on deployment of AI and agentic solutions, directly impacting business and scientific outcomes at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own release strategy and roadmap for assigned AI platform portfolio aligned to enterprise digital strategy
• Lead technical product development of large-scale AI platforms, models, and supporting tools with engineering partners
• Embed with business and scientific teams to scope, build, and deploy AI solutions from prototype to production
• Define requirements for platform capabilities including data access, model serving, automation, and self-serve tools
• Measure adoption, gather feedback, and continuously improve platform capabilities and user experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field; Master's, MBA, or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years progressive technical product management experience
• Strong knowledge of large language models, foundation models, and generative AI capabilities and limitations
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI, autonomous agents, tool use, and orchestration
• Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, embeddings, and enterprise data grounding
• Understanding of AI evaluation, observability, monitoring, and production model performance management
• Knowledge of responsible AI practices including guardrails, access controls, and governance frameworks
