As a Warehouse Packer, you'll play a key role in preparing customer orders for shipment, helping ensure every package arrives accurately and ready to delight our customers. What You'll Do Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently Verify items, quantities, and package quality before shipment Use warehouse technology and scanners as needed Follow packing guidelines to protect products during transit Meet daily productivity and quality goals Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Work as part of a team to ensure orders ship on time What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Good teamwork and communication skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds Reach, bend, twist, and move throughout the shift Schedule Seasonal position with opportunities for overtime during peak periods Various shift schedules may be available Weekend and holiday availability may be required during busy periods Why Work With Us? Look for the Rutland Airport Business Park stop on the Manchester-Rutland bus line. You can also request our stop on the Ludlow line when it is running between Thanksgiving and Easter.
