Make a difference in students’ lives by providing virtual physical therapy support on a contract basis. This opportunity offers the flexibility to work remotely and enhance your skills while helping students reach their fullest potential. The role involves delivering school-based physical therapy services for approximately 30 minutes weekly.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapist license
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Comfortable providing therapy in a virtual environment
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly virtual physical therapy sessions with students
- Develop and implement personalized plans to help students achieve mobility and functional goals
- Collaborate with school staff and families to track progress and make recommendations
- Maintain accurate records and submit timely reports as required
- Ensure treatments and services adhere to school policies and best practices
