HRIS and Payroll Systems Consultant

This opportunity is contingent upon contract award and final staffing approval. Permission will be requested before including a candidate's name or resume in a proposal. AlphaGov is seeking an HRIS and Payroll Systems Consultant for remote, project-based work with public agencies. There is no guaranteed assignment. What you'll do: Support HRIS and payroll-system pursuits and, when awarded, the related implementation or assessment work Review agency HR, time, payroll, and position-control processes against the system being proposed Plan configuration, parallel payroll testing, and conversion of employee and position data Identify integrations with finance, timekeeping, and retirement or benefits vendors Contribute system qualifications and past-performance narrative to proposals only when naming is authorized Support agency payroll parallel runs and go-live readiness Separate what you have implemented from what you have only advised on Apply to be considered.
