We are currently seeking caring, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers.

Job Responsibilities:

As a caregiver, you will provide non-medical support and companionship to clients in their homes. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care and hygiene
• Providing medication reminders
• Assisting with ambulation and mobility
• Preparing light meals according to dietary needs
• Performing light housekeeping duties
• Providing transportation to appointments, errands, and pharmacy visits
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes to office staff

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid drivers license
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
• Ability to follow individualized care plans
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to remain calm in emergency situations
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving or in-home care experience preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with dementia care, mobility assistance, and transfers
• Familiarity with equipment such as Hoyer lifts, wheelchairs, walkers, and transfer benches (training available)
• CPR certification preferred
• Knowledge of health and safety standards
• Strong time management and interpersonal skills

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
