Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Commercial Litigation / Personal Injury Paralegal to join our legal team. Duties Assist in all phases of commercial litigation and personal injury matters, including drafting and review of legal documents, pleadings, motions, and contracts. Manage legal case files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date. Provide executive administrative support, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars. Review documents for relevance and accuracy as part of the discovery process. Organize case materials and prepare exhibits for hearings, depositions, and trial proceedings. Communicate with clients, witnesses, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in legal matters. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with legal standards. Qualifications Proven experience as a Paralegal, preferably supporting Commercial Litigation and Personal Injury matters. Proficiency in document review processes and legal case management software. Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
