Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST, option to work remote or at our office in Newport Beach, CA The pay range is $20.00 to $23.00 per hour Benefits Offered - 401K, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D and more. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Customer Interaction & Issue Resolution Answer inbound calls using a professional, warm, and solution-focused approach. Actively listen, ask probing questions, identify root causes, and confirm understanding. Resolve customer issues and provide clear, timely follow-up. Escalate complex issues as needed. Service Execution & System Management Utilize CRM systems and internal knowledge bases to resolve issues. Maintain accurate and timely customer records (contact, service, financial updates). Ensure data integrity through consistent documentation. Sales & Revenue Support Identify customer needs and recommend additional services. Prepare and follow up on quotes to drive conversion. Support RFP/RFB preparation and route contract opportunities appropriately. Customer Experience & Continuous Improvement Meet or exceed quality and performance standards. Provide proactive, dependable customer service. Communicate trends and improvement opportunities to leadership. Shift is Monday Friday, 8 hours work day, with company holidays off Potential to work overtime as demands for additional support may be required, including holidays.
