The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Knowledge of Dealertrack and previous dealership experience is essential to succeed in this role. Responsibilities
- Manage automotive billing processes accurately and efficiently
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
- Utilize Dealertrack systems for daily operations and reporting
- Coordinate with sales and finance teams to ensure smooth transaction processing
- Maintain organized financial records and assist with audits as necessary
- Support general office administrative duties as required
- Proven experience in automotive billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Strong knowledge of Dealertrack system
- Previous experience working in a dealership environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
