What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and cook pizzas and menu items according to Mellow Mushroom recipes and standards

• Stretch dough, build pizzas, and work efficiently with high-temperature ovens

• Execute food with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail during high-volume service

• Ensure all dishes meet presentation, portion, and quality expectations

• Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards

• Assist with prep work including dough preparation, sauce prep, chopping, and portioning

• Rotate inventory properly and assist with receiving deliveries as needed

• Communicate clearly with the kitchen team to keep service smooth and efficient

• Stay calm, focused, and dependable during busy shifts

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a line cook, pizza cook, or prep cook preferred

• Hands-on experience working with dough, ovens, and scratch-made ingredients is a plus

• Strong understanding of kitchen flow, timing, and teamwork

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining food quality

• Excellent time management and multitasking skills

• Dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude

• Commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and consistency
