Line Cook / Pizza Cook – Mellow Mushroom (Greenville, SC)

Mellow Mushroom Greenville is looking for a skilled and motivated Line Cook / Pizza Cook to help prepare and execute our iconic pizzas and menu items with care and precision. What You’ll Do:
Prepare and cook pizzas and menu items according to Mellow Mushroom recipes and standards
Stretch dough, build pizzas, and work efficiently with high-temperature ovens
Execute food with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail during high-volume service
Ensure all dishes meet presentation, portion, and quality expectations
Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
Assist with prep work including dough preparation, sauce prep, chopping, and portioning
Rotate inventory properly and assist with receiving deliveries as needed
Communicate clearly with the kitchen team to keep service smooth and efficient
Stay calm, focused, and dependable during busy shifts
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a line cook, pizza cook, or prep cook preferred
Hands-on experience working with dough, ovens, and scratch-made ingredients is a plus
Strong understanding of kitchen flow, timing, and teamwork
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining food quality
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
Dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and consistency
