Detailed job description: Cooks/Line Cooks
Maintain a guest focus and a positive attitude
Communicate effectively and clearly
Assume 100% responsibility for quality of products served
Able to exert well-paced mobility throughout scheduled shift
Comply with company policies, procedures, equipment use and food preparation
Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products to assure efficient service
Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
Handle, store, label, date and rotate all products properly and consistently
Comply with all company guidelines regarding food safety and personal safety
Complete required tasks within assigned time frames
Assist in food prep, maintenance, cleanliness and/or other kitchen duties as assigned
Follow procedures for opening, closing and on-going cleanliness
Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently
Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
