Line Cook (Fine Dining / Upscale Country Club)The OpportunityJoin our culinary team at Green Valley Country Club in beautiful Greenville, SC. We deliver exceptional dining experiences across multiple high-volume and upscale-dining venues. We seek a passionate, skilled Line Cook to elevate our culinary program and to maintain our standards.What You Will DoExecute menu items to exact specifications.Manage station prep and setup efficiently.Maintain pristine sanitation and safety standards.Cook high-quality cuisine under peak volume.Collaborate with chefs on daily features.What You Bring2+ years of experience in upscale dining.Advanced knife skills and cooking techniques.Private club background is highly preferred.Valid food handler card or ServSafe certification.Flexible schedule availability includes weekends and holidays.What We OfferCompetitive hourly pay based on your experience.Comprehensive benefits package including health and dental.401(k) matching programs for future planning.Paid time off and holiday pay benefits.Complimentary meals provided during every working shift.Uniforms provided by the club.No late nights compared to standard restaurant hours.
