Shift: Sunday - Thursday

Hours:

• 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Position Overview


We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is primarily responsible for unloading trailers and processing cardboard using a baler. The ideal candidate is flexible, safety-focused, and able to adapt to changing operational needs.

Key Responsibilities


Unloading Trailers

• Safely and efficiently unload incoming trailers
• Handle products with care to prevent damage
• Sort and organize items for accurate identification and easy retrieval

Processing Cardboard

• Operate the baler machine to process cardboard
• Ensure cardboard is properly compacted and stored
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized baler area

Additional Duties

• Assist with picking, packing, shipping, and other warehouse tasks as needed
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate records
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment (e.g., baler machine)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
• Comfortable working in various temperatures and warehouse conditions

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
