Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments and create tailored treatment plans

• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings and rounds to ensure seamless, coordinated care

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from a recognized program

Certifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification highly recommended
