About This Role Care Team Manager (RN) exists to lead and support Medical Assistants while providing clinical guidance to ensure care is delivered efficiently, accurately, and with compassion. This role serves as a critical bridge between clinical care and operations—helping teams deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for every member. In this role, you will: Lead and develop a team of Medical Assistants, providing real‑time support, coaching, and clinical guidance Partner closely with providers and care teams to ensure coordinated, efficient, and patient‑centered care Support clinical decision‑making and help guide teams through more complex or sensitive situations Improve how care is delivered by identifying gaps, removing friction, and optimizing workflows Directly impact member experience by ensuring care is timely, accurate, and easy to navigate This is a hands‑on role for someone who: Enjoys developing people and supporting clinical teams in real time Brings strong clinical judgment and is comfortable guiding others Thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving, and highly collaborative environment Is comfortable balancing day‑to‑day team support with process improvement and problem‑solving Takes ownership and follows through Wants their work to make a meaningful impact on both team performance and member care What You’ll Do In this role, you will: Lead and develop Medical Assistants through hiring, training, coaching, and ongoing support Coordinate care by partnering with providers, case managers, and care teams to ensure a seamless member experience Optimize operations by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions Standardize workflows, SOPs, and documentation practices to improve consistency and quality Support escalations by stepping in on complex or sensitive cases requiring leadership oversight Drive accountability by monitoring performance metrics and ensuring consistent team output Collaborate with Claims, Care Logistics, Customer Success, and other cross‑functional teams A strong performer in this role is known for: Leading with empathy while holding high standards Simplifying complexity and removing barriers for both team members and patients Using data to inform decisions while staying focused on people Consistently improving team performance and care delivery How Success Is Measured Success in this role is measured by: Team performance, engagement, and development of Medical Assistants Consistency and quality of care support delivered to members Improvements in workflow efficiency and operational effectiveness Timely resolution of escalations and complex cases Effective collaboration across clinical and operational teams What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who: Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license 3+ years of clinical experience (care coordination, triage, case management, or similar preferred) 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience Strong clinical judgment and ability to guide care decisions Proven ability to coach, develop, and lead teams Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills Comfortable working in a remote, tech‑enabled environment A people‑first mindset with a passion for helping others Why Join Redirect Health What “Free Healthcare” Actually Means When we say free, we mean $0 out of your paycheck and $0 when you need care :
