Medical Team Manager, RN Experience

About This Role Care Team Manager (RN) exists to lead and support Medical Assistants while providing clinical guidance to ensure care is delivered efficiently, accurately, and with compassion. This role serves as a critical bridge between clinical care and operations—helping teams deliver a seamless, high‑quality experience for every member. What You’ll Do Lead and develop a team of Medical Assistants, providing real‑time support, coaching, and clinical guidance Partner closely with providers and care teams to ensure coordinated, efficient, and patient‑centered care Support clinical decision‑making and guide teams through more complex or sensitive situations Identify gaps, remove friction, and optimise workflows to improve how care is delivered Ensure care is timely, accurate, and easy to navigate, directly impacting member experience How You’ll Lead Hire, train, coach, and provide ongoing support for Medical Assistants Coordinate care with providers, case managers, and care teams to ensure a seamless member experience Implement scalable solutions and standardise workflows, SOPs, and documentation practices Support escalations by stepping in on complex or sensitive cases Drive accountability by monitoring performance metrics and ensuring consistent team output Collaborate with Claims, Care Logistics, Customer Success, and other cross‑functional teams Success Indicators Team performance, engagement, and development of Medical Assistants Consistency and quality of care support delivered to members Improvements in workflow efficiency and operational effectiveness Timely resolution of escalations and complex cases Effective collaboration across clinical and operational teams What We’re Looking For Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license 3+ years of clinical experience (care coordination, triage, case management, or similar preferred) 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience Strong clinical judgment and ability to guide care decisions Proven ability to coach, develop, and lead teams Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills Comfortable working in a remote, tech‑enabled environment People‑first mindset with a passion for helping others What You’ll Earn Salary: $100,000‑$110,000 per year $0 monthly premiums, $0 deductibles (reimbursed), $0 out‑of‑pocket maximums, no added cost for spouse or children Free healthcare for you and your entire family Dental & vision insurance Paid time off & sick time 401(k) access #J-18808-Ljbffr Redirect Health Inc
