IT Technician

Estamos buscando un(a) Técnico(a) de Servicio IT para brindar soporte técnico a usuarios, realizar instalaciones de equipos y asegurar la atención oportuna de solicitudes de servicio. Responsabilidades Brindar soporte técnico a computadoras, laptops, impresoras, UPS, scanners y equipos audiovisuales. Diagnosticar y solucionar problemas de hardware, software y redes. Instalar y configurar equipos, sistemas operativos y aplicaciones. Atender solicitudes mediante Service Desk, teléfono y correo electrónico. Documentar incidencias y mantener actualizados los tickets de servicio. Configurar cuentas de correo, servidores, switches e impresoras. Realizar visitas a clientes cuando sea necesario. Coordinar el manejo de piezas de reemplazo y asegurar el cierre oportuno de los servicios.

Requisitos Grado Asociado o Bachillerato en Ciencias de Computadoras o área relacionada. Experiencia previa en soporte técnico o servicio IT. Conocimientos en hardware, software, redes y sistemas de ticketing. Dominio de español e inglés. Auto propio (para futuras visitas a clientes). Horario: Lunes a viernes
