Restaurant Assistant General Manager

Overview Condado Tacos is seeking an Assistant General Manager who is expressive, knowledgeable, and hospitality-driven. We believe that we create a sense of belonging and joy. Responsibilities Put the guest experience first; be the friendly host with a warm welcome. Exhibit a positive mood and attitude. Lead the restaurant as if it were your own, including reading and impacting restaurant financials. Promote positive Condado company culture with teammates and guests. Demonstrate passion for the industry with high standards for service and guest interaction. Focus on professional and personal development with hourly employees and management teams daily. Ensure every item delivered to the guest meets Condado’s highest standards of quality and presentation; take pride in all food presented. Maintain awareness of the restaurant feel and vibe and set the standard for staff. Recruit, train, and support the team daily. Serve the local community as if they were friends and family, inside or outside the four walls. Find ways to boost sales and collaborate with Catering and Marketing departments. Maintain health and safety standards outlined by Condado and the Department of Health.
