Hospice Patient Care RN Manager

SouthernCare, a Gentiva company, is seeking a Hospice Patient Care RN Manager to lead our compassionate clinical team in Tuscaloosa, AL. This role oversees interdisciplinary hospice care, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered services for individuals with life-limiting illnesses. Responsibilities include supervising RNs and care staff, coordinating care plans, monitoring clinical quality and compliance, and supporting patients’ families through education and advocacy. The RN Manager collaborates closely with physicians, social workers, and chaplains to promote comfort, dignity, and symptom management while fostering a culture of empathy, integrity, and clinical excellence.
