Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time contract position is available for a Special Education Teacher serving as a SPED Case Manager/Teacher for the upcoming academic year. This is an onsite opportunity, running from August 3, 2026, through May 20, 2027, working closely with a dedicated team passionate about student growth and individualized learning.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Colorado Special Education Certificate required
• Experience with IEP development and case management strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to adapt instruction to a variety of student needs and educational plans
• Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive learning environment

Role Responsibilities:

• Serve as a case manager for students with individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Develop, implement, and monitor specialized instructional plans tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success
• Document progress, manage compliance paperwork, and maintain accurate student records
• Actively participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multi-disciplinary teams
• Adapt instructional strategies to maximize student engagement and achievement
