Our client, a leading organization in the technology and design solutions industry, is seeking a Channel Sales Program Administrator to join their team. As a Channel Sales Program Administrator, you will be part of the Sales Support Department supporting the Large Format Design channel and sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, critical thinking abilities, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Boise, ID

What's the Job?

• Provide channel administration and program support to the Large Format Design channel and sales team.
• Create, edit, and communicate Big Deals and CEP end user deals using Eclipse.
• Coordinate pricing, margin, and rebate information with relevant departments.
• Manage Credit Memos, track claims, and respond to partner inquiries.
• Train partners on rebate processes, demo unit claims, and warranty extensions.

What's Needed?

• Strong Excel skills, including Vlookups, formulas, and chart creation.
• Experience in project management, analytical skills, and critical thinking.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with channel sales processes is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
