Product Manager

As Squad Health's Founding Product Manager, you will pick up that mantle by owning product strategy and execution across our AI platform. You'll work directly with the founders, the engineering team and our provider customers to identify opportunities, define solutions, and deliver features and products that drive measurable business and patient impact. You’ll report to our co-founder/CTO who was a former APM at Google and Product Lead at Stripe. What you’ll do Partner closely with the founders to set Squad Health’s product strategy and key areas of R&D investment Work directly with our primary customers—provider groups and pharma—deeply understand pain points, market dynamics, and uncover opportunities Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration Develop and execute the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical considerations Define product requirements, user stories, workflows, and success metrics Ensure that product improvements get implemented at scale across our operations team and broader customer base to ensure maximum impact Establish and monitor KPIs to measure product performance and business impact Help build the product organization, processes, and culture from the ground up What we’re looking for 3+ years of product management experience in an ambitious, fast‑moving, high‑growth technology company Proven track record shipping products from concept through launch and scale Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive prioritization and decision‑making Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence across technical and non‑technical teams Experience working closely with engineering teams on highly technical products Strong customer empathy and obsession with solving real user problems Ownership mentality and willingness to operate both strategically and tactically (especially a close partnership with operations) Background working with operationally complex systems and workflows Experience building products powered by AI, automation, or machine learning What we can offer you Highly competitive salary Meaningful equity as an early team member so that you are truly invested in our success Opportunity to work in person in Flatiron (near Madison Square Park) with an ambitious, talent‑dense team at a fast‑growing, well‑funded early stage AI healthtech startup backed by top‑tier investors 100% premium coverage for health, dental, and vision insurance among other benefits Squad Health is committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace. #J-18808-Ljbffr
