Senior Engineering Manager — Hands-on AI Tax Tech Lead

Additive is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to be a hands-on player-coach for one of our engineering teams in downtown San Francisco, five days a week. You will directly manage 4-6 engineers, growing to 10-12, while remaining an active technical contributor. You will be close to the code during the first months to build context and credibility. Your role emphasizes raising the technical and product bar, developing engineers and future leaders, and moving quickly without becoming the #J-18808-Ljbffr Additive-Ai
