Guest Service Agent

Duties: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival. Check guests in and out of the hotel. Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Assist with reservations and room assignments. Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members. Multilingual skills are a plus. Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems. Familiarity with front desk operations, including night audit procedures. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

You will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
