Assembler Job Summary:

• Assist in the assembly of products according to work instructions, assembly drawings, and technical documentation.
• Ensure all components are properly connected, fitted, and assembled to meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following established procedures and safety regulations.
• Access, review, and finalize Work Orders using basic computer systems.
• Inspect assembled products for quality and accuracy before completion.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Support continuous workflow by assisting colleagues and other departments as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Required Skills:

• Proficient in interpreting assembly instructions and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure quality connections and fittings.
• Ability to maintain a safe and clean workspace while following established procedures and regulations.
• Basic computer skills for accessing and completing Work Orders.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist coworkers and contribute to overall production success.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools and assembly equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience operating industrial equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and reach trucks.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.
• Previous experience in a production or assembly-related role.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Wear required PPE and adhere to all plant safety requirements.
• Perform additional duties and related tasks as assigned by management.
• Participate in training programs and team initiatives designed to improve quality, safety, and productivity.
• Support company goals by maintaining high standards of workmanship and professionalism.
