Degree Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced Licensed HVAC Lead Installer to lead residential installation projects throughout Central Connecticut. You'll work alongside talented installers, mentor apprentices, and deliver installations that homeowners can count on for years to come. Top technicians earn over $100,000 per year.
