What You'll Earn $40+/hour based on experience Top performers earn $100k+ annually Uncapped performance bonuses Consistent, year-round call volume - no slow seasons sitting at home What We Offer 100% company-paid health insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off Tool allowance Paid training and team events A team that's been in this market for three decades - you're not starting from scratch What You'll Do Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems Run service calls and troubleshoot heating and cooling issues Communicate clearly with homeowners and recommend solutions Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and job site What We're Looking For Active Connecticut HVAC License (D2, S10, S2, or S1) - required Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability Residential service experience - preferred Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Professional, reliable, and customer-foucsed ServiceTitan experience a plus - not required Compensation The compensation range for this role starts at $40+ per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and qualifications. Additional bonuses, overtime, and incentives may apply based on company policies.
