Guaranteed annual bonus of 2–4 weeks of pay — there is no scenario where you simply earn base salary with no bonus. Additional $30-per-patient incentive for patients seen above the daily threshold, creating meaningful additional earning potential. Manageable caseload of approximately 14 patients per day with 30-minute appointment blocks — this is not a high-volume PT mill. Real clinical support: approximately 1 PT to 1 PTA, plus front‑desk staff handling scheduling, authorizations, and copays so therapists can focus on patient care. Job Details What You’ll Be Doing Evaluate patients and develop individualized outpatient orthopedic treatment plans. Provide hands‑on therapy and therapeutic exercise based on each patient’s needs and progress. Adjust treatment plans as needed while maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Collaborate with PTAs, orthopedic providers, and support staff to deliver coordinated patient care. Skills You Need Current Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Strong communication, clinical judgment, and patient‑care skills. Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred, but not required.
