Qualifications:

• Master of Science in Nursing
• Adult/Geriatric NursePractitioner certification
• Active, unrestrictedCalifornia RN license
• Active, unrestrictedCalifornia NP license
• Minimum of 1 year of NursePractitioner clinical experience
• Strong assessment,diagnostic, and care management skills
• Valid driver's license andreliable transportation
• Ability to workindependently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
• Current TB test orwillingness to obtain prior to employment
