Executive Assistant Opportunity

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Executive Assistant for a contract position with a Major Telecommunications Company located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to a senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage complex schedules, track key assignments, and serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a system for tracking executive assignments, key projects, and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables
• Monitor progress on key initiatives, providing regular updates to executives on status and potential roadblocks
• Compile data, track legislation, and assist leadership and teams with special projects as needed
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
• Collaborate to gather information and create visual aids
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
• Ensure necessary materials are available before meetings
• Act as the primary point of contact for the executive team, managing calls and emails professionally
• Facilitate communication between teams and external partners
• Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information discreetly
• Coordinate travel itineraries

Requirements:

• Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting senior executives
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proactive and adaptable

Pay range: $29.60 - $39.60 per hour
