The Sales Order Processor plays a critical role within our Operations Team, managing a select portfolio of high-value B2B and wholesale perfume orders. Operating with rigorous attention to detail, you will handle incoming phone and email purchase orders—ranging from boutique accounts to major distribution blocks worth up to $500,000. Because we maintain a focused daily volume (under 15 orders per day), the emphasis is placed entirely on absolute data accuracy, meticulous record-keeping, and white-glove coordination with shipping, inventory, and our wholesale clients.

Requirements

• Enter and verify customer orders accurately in the ERP system
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Communicate with customers to confirm order details and resolve any issues
• Track order status and coordinate with shipping and inventory teams
• Process invoices and maintain comprehensive order records
• Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in sales order processing or data entry
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on attention to detail
