Plant Maintenance Millwright — Agri-Processing

Where: Headland, AL
Pay Rate: $24.00+/hour, based on experience
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM (unpaid lunch). Expect overtime, after-hours call-ins, some weekends, and holidays as needed.

Keep a fast-moving agricultural manufacturing operation running safely, smoothly, and efficiently. As a Plant Maintenance Millwright, you’ll be the force behind reliable conveyors, gearboxes, and power transmission systems that keep production flowing.

• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical equipment failures with urgency.
• Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Service and upgrade conveyors, gearboxes, drive components, and processing equipment.
• Interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics to guide work.
• Record maintenance actions, parts used, and equipment modifications.
• Propose reliability and performance improvements grounded in root cause analysis.
• Comply with all safety procedures and EHS standards.

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience within manufacturing or high-speed production.
• Exceptional mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with conveyors, hydraulics, rigging, welding, cutting, grinding, and equipment alignment.
• Organized communicator who documents clearly and follows through.
• Ability to work independently and to contribute effectively to a team.
