TalentPonds is recruiting for Community Medical Center who is seeking a Director of Case Management (RN) - Missoula, Montana 

Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 - two-year commitment

Relocation: Up to $10,000 with receipts 

Required qualifications: 

• Current state RN license
• One (1) year of Hospital Case Management Leadership experience
• Bachelors Degree
• BLS

Preferred qualifications:

• Two (2) - Five (5) years of Hospital Case Management leadership experience 
• MSN

Additional Information/Department information: The RN utilizes the nursing process in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care of patients from admission to the department through discharge or transfer. Provides expert care and education to patients in the perioperative setting, acts as a patient advocate, leader, and mentor for assistive personnel. The RN is knowledgeable in all surgical procedures, disease processes, interventions, and pharmacological agents. Manages patient loads in assigned timelines.

Must-Have Requirements

1. Current (or eligible) Montana RN license required.
2. One year of Hospital Case Management Leadership experience
3. Must possess a Bachelor's degree. Advanced degree (MSN, Healthcare Administration, and MBA) strongly preferred.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

1. Extensive Hospital Case Management leadership experience is what the hiring team is looking for in a Director.
