Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an RN Director of Case Management for a hospital leadership opportunity in Missoula, Montana.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Lead a hospital Case Management department while reporting directly to executive nursing leadership
• Guide care coordination, discharge planning, and department operations across the organization
• Mentor and develop Case Management staff while driving quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
• Join a respected 151-bed acute care hospital committed to exceptional patient care

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $112,000 - $130,000
• $20,000 Sign-On Bonus (2-Year Commitment)
• Relocation Assistance Up To $10,000 With Receipts

SCHEDULE
• Full-Time Leadership Position

ROLE
• Direct daily Case Management operations
• Develop departmental goals and performance standards
• Lead quality improvement and patient care initiatives
• Oversee staff development, coaching, and performance management
• Collaborate with executive leadership on operational objectives
• Promote efficient patient throughput and resource utilization
• Foster a culture focused on patient outcomes and continuous improvement

• Current Montana RN License (Or Eligible To Obtain) REQUIRED
• Minimum One Year Hospital Case Management Leadership Experience REQUIRED
• Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED
• Current BLS Certification REQUIRED
• Advanced Degree (MSN, MBA, Healthcare Administration) Preferred
• Two To Five Years Hospital Case Management Leadership Preferred
