ResponsibilitiesDeliver friendly, professional customer service in person, by phone, and via email.
Process policy changes, payments, endorsements, and documentation with accuracy.
Assist clients with billing questions, coverage explanations, and claims support.
Maintain organized, compliance-ready records.
Support retention efforts, renewal outreach, and crossselling opportunities.
Uphold Farmers Insurance standards and agency expectations.
RequirementsStrong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow within the agency is a must
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow established processes
- Ability to multi-task and work well with others
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven office
- Tech-savvy and able to navigate multiple systems
- Have a genuine concern for others and a passion for taking care of people
- Must currently have or attain your Wyoming Property and Casualty License within 90 days of hire. Studying on your time.
