Responsibilities: Reviewing all medical records, extracting pertinent information, and composing a summary of same Assist physicians and clinical staff with administrative support and daily office operations Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations Schedule appointments, coordinate referrals, and handle patient correspondence Review and transcribe medical notes, operative reports, and treatment plans Communicate professionally with patients, insurance companies, and third-party vendors Maintain and organize electronic health records (EHR) and medical documentation systems Requirements: Prior experience in medical writing, medical transcription, or healthcare administration preferred Familiarity with Orthopaedic or medical terminology strongly preferred Proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft.
