Sr. Clinical Data Team Lead - Remote U.S

Senior Clinical Data Team Lead position managing high-complexity clinical trials for pharmaceutical and biotech clients. Responsibilities include leading data management activities, overseeing study teams, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead data management for one or more clinical trials and serve as liaison to project leads and clients
- Monitor study metrics, analyze performance data, and escalate issues through risk management processes
- Generate project status reports for management and stakeholders on a regular basis
- Oversee project budgets, identify scope changes, and participate in contract modifications
- Mentor junior staff and delegate tasks to ensure timely project completion within quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal qualification
- 5+ years of experience with lead-level, end-to-end data management responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines and standard operating procedures
- Proficiency with clinical data management software and computer systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to direct and mentor junior-level staff members
